This includes:

• You become a Joomla Preferred Client (you come first to non-preferred members!)
• Email / Phone Support and updates up to 1 hour per month (no carry overs)
• Joomla Core Security upgrades and patches when applicable, some extensions included. Additional extension upgrades will be billed at the hourly rate.
• Trouble Shoot or Assist with Hosting Company's issues on client's behalf (up to 1 hour)
• Quarterly
  • One hour client meeting.
  • Web site and database backup for your Joomla site.
  • Web site format and functionality review.
  • E-Newsletter with industry information, and marketing information.

Note: Custom Monthly Service Plans can be created to suit your monthly need for support. Additional time beyond alloted time in plan will be billed monthly at current hourly rate in 15 minute intervals.
